Ersal is a bulk messaging platform developed by Tamimah Telecom and launched via Ooredoo Oman to empower SMEs with efficient SMS communication. I was brought on board to visually redesign the entire product interface, spanning over 25+ screens from onboarding to dashboard interactions.

Content was pre-defined and finalized by the client

No access to research or user testing
